Shipping Policy

Julie Kegels offers worldwide delivery, with the exception of Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Iraq, Kiribati, Malawi, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process orders within 1-4 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Orders are ready for dispatch approximately 1-4 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or during Belgian holidays.

When will my order arrive?

For orders shipping with the European Union, please allow approximately 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment email. For orders shipping outside the European Union, please allow approximately 2-14 working days for your order to arrive after receiving your shipment email.

Delivery times are indicative guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs delays.

What are the available shipping methods?

We collaborate with Sendcloud, a shipping platform.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges are the following:

Within Belgium: €7,50

Within the EU (except for Belgium): €17,50

Africa: €50

Asia: €55

North America: €50

South America: €50

Oceanië: €60

All prices are stated in EUR. There are no additional taxes or customs duties for articles shipped to countries within the European Union.

Customs and Duties

Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Unworn items may be returned in accordance with the Terms of Service. If you want to return an item, please email shop@juliekegels.com with your order number, name, email address, and reason for return. We will send you a return label upon receipt of your request.

Return Conditions

Julie Kegels has a 14-day return policy: you have fourteen (14) calendar days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund. Only one return label can be provided per order, and it must depart from the initial shipping address. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging).

Refund Policy

All successfully returned items will be credited according to the original payment method used by the customer. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds can take approximately ten (10) working days, from the day the returned items were inspected and accepted for return by Julie Kegels, to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item (taking into account the return conditions and costs as set forth in this policy) and then place a new order.

Return Charges

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and all other expenses related to the return.

Please note, that for all returns, an additional administrative fee of €35 will be charged and deducted from your refund.
